Junior / Assistant Receptionist – Protea Day Spa Hout Bay

We are looking for a vibrant, friendly and professional individual to join our front-of-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in creating a welcoming client experience.

Requirements:
✔ Matric certificate or equivalent
✔ Previous reception/customer service experience preferred
✔ Computer literate
✔ Excellent communication skills (phone & in person)
✔ Strong organisation and attention to detail
✔ Friendly, confident and professional personality
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy environment
✔ Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with calls, WhatsApp messages & emails
• Managing client appointments
• Welcoming and assisting clients
• Processing payments
• General reception duties & basic administration
• Supporting daily spa operations

Position Details:
📍 Location: Hout Bay
🕒 Full-time position
🌿 Shifts include weekdays, weekends & public holidays as per schedule

Preference will be given to applicants living in Hout Bay or surrounding areas with reliable transport.
