Join us for SENSES, a unique 90-minute experience with award-winning poet Zizipho Bam, blending poetry, sauna, meditation and cold plunge.
Together we’ll explore what we see, hear, smell, feel and say, using guided writing prompts before stepping into a restorative sauna journey by the sea.
