Excellent Wellness

In Numbers 14:28, the Lord Himself says that He will do to us according to what He hears us say.

Therefore, stop having a grasshopper mentality and start believing and speaking what the Lord has in store for you. In Psalm 23, the Lord says that He anoints our heads with oil and that our cup overflows. In Deuteronomy 28, He declares that we are the head and not the tail.

Start believing His promises. Start speaking His truth over your life.

Stop speaking death over your life, your finances, your business, and your children. Instead, speak God's Word and His promises. Let your words be filled with faith, hope, and expectation, because what we continually speak reveals what we believe.

Choose today to agree with what God says about you and your future.

Every day brings its own challenges, but it's in those moments that we discover our inner strength to persevere and overcome. Don't let doubts undermine your resolve – you have the power to push through.

Freedom from Idols

As I was listening to a teaching this morning, I realized that idols can take many forms in our lives. They are not always things we worship openly; sometimes they are food, our weight, our appearance, or anything we try to control to find acceptance and security.

These things can become idols when we do not fully understand who we are in the Lord. We begin to believe that our worth comes from what we do, how we look, or what we can control. Deep down, we may feel as though we do not belong.

True freedom comes when we surrender those idols and the need for control. Repent, lay them before the Lord, and remember that only He can bring lasting change and healing.

You belong to the Lord. Your identity is found in Him alone.

"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." — John 8:36

✨ One year ago I began my 40 Days Exodus journey. Looking back, I see that the greatest transformation was not only physical but spiritual. The Lord has shown me that freedom is found in Him, not in the things I once tried to control. 🙏❤️

Today marks one year since I started the 40 Days Exodus Experience. I did only one round.

What an incredible journey it has been! I have lost 12kg and 29cm, but even more importantly, I have experienced profound inner healing and spiritual growth.

Thank You, Lord, for walking this journey with me every step of the way. Your grace, strength, and faithfulness have carried me through.

I am grateful for all that God has done in my life over the past year and excited for what lies ahead.

On Friday I went to the book launch of Gerridene Berg's book, Goed genoeg. She reminded us that no matter where you are in life or what happened to you, you are good enough.

Thank you Lord that I don't have to do anything to proof that I am good enough, but that Your Son died for all our transgressions on the cross.✝️

Not only did I lose weight, but I also detoxed my body, mind, and soul. During this journey, I experienced deep inner healing from childhood wounds and found a renewed sense of peace and strength.

This transformation has been about so much more than physical change — it has been a journey of healing, growth, and restoration from the inside out.
