A glimpse of my morning💯.

At the beginning of this winter weather, I found myself taking 2 steps backwards instead of 2 steps forward🙆🏾‍♀️; so I had to take action fast before I find myself in the most undesirable place when Spring starts.💯

Winter is one of the trickiest times to stay consistent, especially for me coz I get cold so quickly😅😅, but thank goodness for the community of my clients who keep me accountable and consistent during this time.
