Wow Dad. It will be 2 years of celebrating the amazing life you had tomorrow. Not a lot of people get to say they made 78. You did well Daddy. You ran the race and fought the fight. Unfortunately it takes missing some one to realize the beautiful memories you once had. We are all so taken up in the very moment, hour, day, week, month, year. We forget LIFE so easily. Thank you for loving me as your own. For being there for me No Matter what. I beg your forgiveness for not being more understanding and empathetic to the Dementia , we didnt know for sure. You didnt want anyone to know and that is so sad. We, and I speak for everyone who knows you, would've come along side you and supported you. This would have avoided so many heart breaking arguments. For those going thru this, I totally understand. He was precious and proud. He really did well in his 78 years. I am so grateful for having him as my Dad. He loved me as his flesh and blood, he disciplined me like his flesh and blood. He was always fair to me. Love you Daddy
