Behind every product on a shelf, there is a moment where everything almost fell apart.
When I started Kool Crew, it wasn't just about launching a kids' toiletries brand. It was about creating something that didn’t just do the "bare minimum." Our kids deserve products built with excellence, and our community deserves a brand that actually shows up for them. But building something with high standards means the lessons hit a lot harder.
Early on, I learned a massive lesson when our roll-on bottles used to leak and literally working at a loss. In that moment, everything went wrong, and the temptation to just patch it up and move on was real.
But it taught me something invaluable: True quality isn't just about what goes into the bottle; it’s about the integrity of how you handle the hurdles. We didn't cut corners to fix it. We dug in, rebuilt, and raised our standards even higher.
That struggle changed how I think about support. I used to think building a business was a solo sprint. It’s not. It’s a community effort. The moment we opened up and let our community invest their trust—and their feedback—into our growth, everything shifted. Transforming shared effort into a true sense of belonging is what keeps Kool Crew moving forward.
We’re not just building a brand. We are building a crew.
