As winter approaches, the cold weather can take a toll on your nails, leaving them brittle and dry. To keep your nails looking and feeling their best, it’s essential to adapt your nail care routine to the changing season. Here are some tips to ensure your nails stay healthy and beautiful all winter long.

1. MOISTURIZE REGULARLY
Cold weather dries out your nails and cuticles. Use a nourishing hand cream or cuticle oil daily. Look for products with shea butter, jojoba oil, or vitamin E for deep hydration.

2. AVOID EXCESSIVE WATER EXPOSURE
Water can weaken nails, making them prone to breakage. Wear gloves when washing dishes and dry your hands thoroughly after water contact.

3. STAY HYDRATED
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day to maintain healthy nails. Hydration helps keep them strong and resilient.

4. PROTECT YOUR NAILS
Wear warm gloves outdoors to protect your nails from the cold and prevent dryness.

5. MAINTAIN A BALANCED DIET
