One of the biggest lessons from the Shea Butter Masterclass was that customers don't buy shea butter because it's shea butter. They buy it because they're looking for relief from dry skin, eczema, damaged hair, sensitive skin, or because they want healthier, natural alternatives for their families.

Yet many people enter the market knowing how to sell shea butter, but not understanding its story, origin, quality, science, and value.
