1. Cooking classes for adults and children (since 2020). We work mainly on client's requests on specific recipes and send quote accordingly. The most popular dishes/countries are India (curries
I try to make schooling for our kids as tangible and practical as possible. We follow Classical Conversations, a Christian Classical Curriculum.
I have kept the computer away from them for as long as possible. They first needed to appreciate the books.
Now they are ready to be introduced technology. Both Daniel and John are gaining experience in excel, by helping me type in my orders.
They have already typed their own first paragraphs using Word (without neglecting handwriting).
I taught myself all of this at the age of 19-20 so my kids are quite advanced in this.
John, our eldest, is teaching himself about programming, using youtube lessons.

This year is carrying a lot of pain, sorrow, and strife. This year has been a testing time for myself and for people close to my kin and heart.
I am running out of tears as I pray to God for a breakthrough and miracles for everyone I know.
Today I saw a very dear friend. We are like sisters. We were next door neighbors in Durban and spent so much time together. Our kids have a special bond. Although we do not see each other too often, we know that time stops when we do.
She lost her husband at the age of 56! Her tears are fresh. He was too young and strong to leave this earth. His wife is too young to be a widow. His children are still so small. This is so unfair for them to loose a father. He loved his life and excelled in everything he did...and he adored his family.
There are no words to console her, apart from I know that I know, that I know God will turn her pain into miraculous blessings. Her and her 3 beautiful children will be abundantly taken care of. Whatever the devil stole from her, God will reward her multiple times.
His plans for his children are good, are to give them life and give it abundantly, plans to prosper them and not to harm them. He will give everyone that peace that surpasses all understanding.
He is coming back soon for all his children, who love him.
Jesus is coming back and there will be no more tears, or sorrow, no more pain or strife. There will be only joy, love, and celebration. For this is not our permanent home. We will all join our Father in the heavenly places and rejoice with him forever.
"In this world you will have tribulations, but take heart, I have overcome the world".

In a country travelled mainly by car, being able to walk in a safe street, is an event that needs to be recorded and celebrated 😁
I miss my walks so much. I used to walk 5-6 km daily to and from work, when I was still living in Albania.
