Ons het ’n hardwerkende naeltegnikus in ons salon wat elke dag opdaag, ure insit en alles gee om haar praktiese ure te voltooi vir haar finale eksamen. So werk hierdie bedryf – jy doen jou opleiding, en dan moet jy werklik ure op kliënte werk om te kwalifiseer.
Wat egter onaanvaarbaar is: mense wat afsprake maak en eenvoudig nie opdaag nie. Geen boodskap. Geen kansellasie. Geen respek.
Dit gaan nie net oor ’n gemiste afspraak nie – dit raak iemand se toekoms, haar selfvertroue en haar geleentheid om te groei in haar loopbaan. Sy sit hier, gereed en professioneel, en wag… net om teleurgestel te word.
