On the left, you can see how severely I struggled with acne. On the right is my skin today. What you don’t see is the journey it took to get here, it was not easy at all, it took years to finally find something that worked.

For the longest time, I believed my skin was a lost cause. I had been struggling with acne since I was just 9 years old. I am now 20.

For over a decade I was struggling with acne. I would wake up wishing mirrors didn’t exist because I couldn’t bear to look at myself. My confidence was non-existent. I felt insecure every single day, not wanting to attend school because of the stares and comments I would get. It was emotionally exhausting, and there were many days filled with tears.

I tried every possible face wash, every acne cream I could find, prescription treatments like Purbac, and even doing nothing at all. Nothing seemed to work.

Then I heard about beef tallow.

At first, I purchased a balm from someone else, but it didn’t work for my skin due to the added oils like jojoba and lavender. Still, something told me not to give up on beef tallow.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I started creating my own beef tallow balms, keeping them pure, with zero additives. I spent countless hours researching oils that are truly beneficial for acne-prone skin. That’s when I discovered rosehip seed oil, which worked beautifully. I then made a different beef tallow balm with honey which is known for its antibacterial and healing properties and the results were incredible!

I did not want to create something that worked just for me, but something that could help others who have been struggling for years, just like I did.

And I finally found it.

That’s why every single purchase means so much to me because I know it has the potential to change someone’s life, just as it changed mine. Every balm is crafted with care, intention, and a deep understanding of what it feels like to struggle with your skin.
