Marita came in today with 10/10 pain and constant pain for the last 5 years. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis (which I don’t believe is correct and would prove that in our 2 hour session) she has seeker multiple treatments. Marita had adhesions in her mid back due to an injury years ago - compacting and resulting in pain and mobility issues. We released the first layer of adhesions and opened up the spinal cord again … Osteoarthritis cannot be cured in 120minutes. She was as expected (and like many of my patients) wrongly diagnosed and treated with no improvement. The amount of people that arrives at my practice - who has already had unnecessary operations and still in pain is ridiculous. I find the source of your pain. I don’t treat symptoms. So reward seeing the relief when someone walked in with pain and walk out with a smile … instantly! Magic! 🦋

Mothersday hit’s a bit differently this year. It has by far been the most beautiful experience of my life bringing two little humans into this life. I can only pray that I have instilled everything in them that makes us uniquely beautiful from the inside out. For every mom out there - it’s not always pretty and it’s not always easy - but it is so worth it. There will be days when you are beyond exhausted- but you still smile, there will be days where it all feels too much and you loose your s**t 🤗. There will be a mixture of good and bad - at the end of the day, nobody comes into this role having all the answers …. A manual would have been nice maybe … but in the end - all that matters is you did your best, and the love you feel when you peek your head into the rooms to see if they are asleep. Knowing they are still here - they are still breathing - and thats a blessing not everyone has. To all the moms who feel the pain of losing a child - I hold a loving space for you today. Being a mom has forever changed me - in the best possible way. 🦋
