We Are In Malawi!!!

Over the next two weeks, we have the privilege of working with UNICEF in Malawi, facilitating Team Alignment sessions across departments.

Led by our Strategy and Culture Principle, Tafadzwa G Bete Sasa, these sessions are focused on reconnecting with the vision, align on priorities, and identify the critical risks that could impact the results they are working to achieve.

Our mission remains unchanged: engineering healthy, aligned, and high-performing teams in Zambia and beyond.

Here are some highlights from Day 1 with the UNICEF Malawi Health Team and the UNICEF Malawi Nutrition Team.
