That tight, dry feeling after washing isn’t what I want from soap.

I make TruToU tallow soaps the traditional way, using simple ingredients chosen to cleanse while still being kind to your skin. Tallow creates a rich, creamy soap and, together with the naturally occurring glycerine retained during traditional soapmaking, leaves skin feeling clean and comfortable rather than unnecessarily dried out. 🤍

There’s a reason I choose tallow as the foundation of my body butters.

Tallow is naturally rich in skin-loving fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K. Its fatty-acid profile also makes it wonderfully suited to nourishing and conditioning dry skin. 🤍

Rather than filling a jar with a long list of unnecessary ingredients, I prefer to start with something simple and traditional — then carefully combine it with natural oils, butters and botanicals chosen for their purpose.
