Butter Biscuits

* 280 g margarine
* 160 g icing sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* 160 g corn flour
* 280 g cake flour
Method
1. Beat margarine and icing sugar until light and fluffy with paddle attachment.
2. Beat in flavouring.
3. Beat in corn flour.
4. Slowly mix in cake flour. Switch of mixer as soon as it is combined.
5. Roll out on lightly dusted surface and cut in to shapes.
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until sides are set but centre is slightly soft.
