Reiki Level 1 with Leesa is a full-day, in-person class for a maximum of 3 people — held gently, unhurried, and completely guided.

You’ll leave with your in-person attunement (a ceremony with Leesa — yours for life), a grounded understanding of the chakras, the Five Reiki Principles, and the ability to run a full self-healing session from that day forward.

Reiki works by gently activating the parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s own rest-and-repair mode. Learning it means carrying that capacity with you, always.
