Canadian freehand balayage artist living in Melbourne ✨
How lucky am I that I get to make people feel like this 🥹
The unknown is what makes freehand balayage feel scary.
My class is designed to break down the foundations, giving you the confidence to understand exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to create predictable, beautiful results behind the chair.
When you understand the why, the how becomes easy.

Anyone else give their loved ones a sub-par service ? 🤷🏼♀️😅
The most unaesthetic video ever… but it had to be shared.
It’s been so long since I’ve shared my own transformation, but my god… WHAT A DIFFERENCE 😯
I hear it almost daily in my chair:
“My hairline won’t grow.”
“I’ll never have hair there.”
“It’s just my hair.”
I’m here to not only tell you, but show you, that it is possible to grow your hair by making ONE change:
YOUR PRODUCTS.
I switched to scalp-focused haircare, a daily hair growth serum, and a weekly scalp oil.
A simple, manageable change that actually works.
Comment or DM me “GROW” and I’ll send you the products I use.
Ever wondered why your blonde starts looking brassy even when you haven’t coloured it?
One reason could be your hair oil ✨
Not all hair oils are created equal.
Many traditional oils, including some argan oils, have a golden, yellow or copper tint to them. Over time, repeatedly applying these oils to lightened hair can leave behind a stain on the hair shaft, much like how self-tan can stain your skin. The result? Blonde hair that looks dull, warm or brassy sooner than expected.
That’s one of the reasons I love the K18 Molecular Repair Hair Oil.
✨ It’s a dry oil, so it never feels heavy.
✨ Heat protection up to 232°C.
✨ Contains K18’s biomimetic technology to help repair damage.
✨ Can be used on both wet and dry hair.
✨ Crystal clear formula that won’t leave unwanted warmth on your blonde.
Healthy, shiny hair without compromising your colour? That’s a win. 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions in our industry is that maximum brightness can only be achieved with foils.
We often underestimate what’s possible with freehand balayage, but when you truly understand placement, saturation, and how to work with the canvas in front of you, you unlock a whole new level of impact.
Strategic placement, controlled saturation, and understanding how light moves through the hair can create brightness, dimension, and softness that feels completely bespoke to the client.
This colour was created live on stage for K18, showcasing what’s possible when technique and artistry work together.
The question is: are you limiting your balayage results by following traditional rules, or would you reach for freehand more often if you knew you could achieve results like this?

Here’s a caption that sounds more like you and ties into the artistry aspect:
Freehand balayage is one of my favourite colouring techniques because no two results are ever the same.
Just like a fingerprint, every placement is completely unique to the person sitting in my chair. The way I paint, blend and position each piece is tailored to your haircut, hair texture, lifestyle and end goal.
It’s not about following a pattern , it’s about creating something bespoke.
This is where hair colouring becomes art. 🎨✨
The result? Soft, personalised colour that grows out beautifully and looks like it was made just for you… because it was.

🌱 * I have been doing these treatments every week for the last 5 years. It is hands down the reason for my hair transformation. * 🌱
What sets this oil apart is the actual structure. The molecular structure of the oil is small enough to pe*****te all three layers of the hair. Where most other oils sit on the surface creating a coating on the hair strand.
Packed with 13+ plant and essential oils you can feel good about the ingredients you’re putting directly on your scalp.
At its core are two powerhouse ingredients:
1️⃣ **Abyssinian Oil** – Rich in omega fatty acids, it deeply nourishes while forming a protective barrier to prevent moisture loss.
2️⃣ **Meadowfoam Oil** – Known for its unique ability to lock in hydration, it also restores shine and elasticity to hair and skin.
**Key benefits:**
✅ Breaks down buildup and impurities on your scalp hair hair
✅ Helps balance the Ph of your scalp and stop overproduction of oil
✅ Decongests dormant hair follicles to promote new growth
✅ Being a dry oil means it won’t leave your hair feeling greasy or weighed down.
➕ so much more. This baby has over 101 uses for your hair and skin.
