Sacred Flow

On the 27.08.26, during a full moon & partial lunar eclipse, on the bare earth, under the open sky, I married my very handsome best friend.

This day was everything we wanted, in the way we wanted to experience it.

And it was only possible because of the community we have around us. So many hands, hearts and hours went into bringing our vision to life.

A dear friend married us, and our family and loved ones gave their time, energy and love in the days leading up to it to help make it all happen.

I feel incredibly lucky to have these people in our lives, and to have started our marriage surrounded by so much love. ❤️

When Ash & I decided to start dating, we had the conversation about what we both wanted our future to look like.

Neither of us had any interest in marriage, and we were very clear about it.

Ash said “Just don’t expect me to ask you to marry me”

My response, with an EW face, was, “Well, don’t expect to say yes if you ever ask me.” 😅🙄 Lol.

Out of all the wild plot twists in my life, falling in love with my best friend after seven years and then marrying him is my absolute favourite.

Here’s to never saying never, a life of staying silly, curious, and open to all the beautiful plot twists we never saw coming. ❤️

I'm not consistent when it comes to showing up online. And I'm not sorry. 😅

My energy and creativity move in cycles. Sometimes I'm all in, sometimes my attention is elsewhere. That's life.

The algorithm, of course, would prefer otherwise.

So here's a little reminder to share the love. Share the work you love. Recommend the small businesses you believe in. Tell your friends about the people you'd happily send them to.

Because good work deserves to be seen, even when the person behind it isn't posting every day. ❤️

I've always been more feral than chic.

💋❤️‍🔥

I've had women cry on my table. I've had women fall asleep. I've had women tell me it's the first time in years, sometimes ever, they've felt safe in their own body.

Every woman who comes to see me gets my full attention and devotion. When I say tell me everything, I really mean it. There's no rushing you off the table and out the door.

You are not just a time slot or a way to pay my bills. You are someone I've chosen to show up fully for.

Your comfort, your safety, your experience, that's everything to me. Taking care of you is the part i love most!.

🥰

Where did the year go? 🫠

I am so so excited to get married at the end of this month, and to never plan a wedding again 😅.

Sessions are still open for the next few weeks but spaces are very limited to male sure i am just as present as ever 🥰.

I may take a little while to reply to messages and circle quotes, but I will when I can 😊.

I have a confession.

When I first trained in Kahuna last year, I had no idea what I was actually walking into.

I said yes to it because it felt like one of those things that was meant to happen. It started two days after I arrived on the coast. It was only an hour away. My best friend was going to be there.

But if I'm really honest, it felt like a stepping stone.

A way my business could support my real work - women's menstrual and hormonal health. A way to still serve and work for myself while I built toward the "bigger" goal.

I did not expect it to change me.

To be so profound and healing. To call forward a different kind of magic I had been desperately wanting to share all along.

It's called Ka Huna. Master of the secret. I said yes to a stepping stone. Turns out I was saying yes to one of the great honours of this life.

I finished level 3 last week and while I may still be landing, the sessions since have been some of the most beautiful ive ever held.

They are going deeper. The release is more powerful, the rawness carrying overwhelming beauty, the messages clearer and there has been many tears, mine included.

A true transmission of love.

I dont take full credit for the work that happens in my sessions. The women who walk through my door are open, brave, ready.

Together, with the foundational magic of Kahuna, we breathe. We dance. We shift. We shed.

I am so grateful for every single person who has said yes to a session with me. For walking this with me. For supporting a business that makes my dreams come true every day.

And I know this is just the beginning.
