⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Naomi Calvert rated Jacob 5 out of 5!

"I am still feeling so grounded and regulated a day after our session. Jacob did a great job of listening to my needs and explaining the process prior to the session and just being a very calming presence which helped me relax before we even got started. My myo massage felt truly bespoke and it is apparent that Jacob is very connected to and passionate about his craft. I’m looking forward to my next session in a few weeks! Thank you Jacob!"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zuzanna rated Adam 5 out of 5!

"I get massages pretty often and I’m very picky about who I go to. Since getting pregnant, I’ve been hesitant to get another massage, but Adam was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, gentle, and truly excellent at what he does. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. 10/10 — highly recommend!"

Our dear friend Janell had such a great sense of humor and she was a master at her craft as a massage therapist. She gave each client everything she had and she truly put her heart and soul and fun personality into her work. She was a delight to work with here at Body and Sole and we miss her dearly. She is finally healed and whole and at peace. Rest in peace, Janell. We love you! ❤️🕊️

5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Jacob was calm and attentive and directed me through my first massage very gently. I appreciated his attention to detail and ability to focus on the smaller picture (the specific condition I came in with) and the bigger picture (how the rest of my body can and will affect that specific condition). I will definitely return when I'm in town again!"
