The Light Lounge exists for moments exactly like this. My work is a deeply calming, sensory-based session using light touch—body tracing with my nails along the scalp, back, and arms—paired with soothing brushes, tools, and feathers to help regulate the nervous system and bring the body back into a state of safety and rest.
It’s not massage and it’s not performance—it’s intentional, gentle care designed to quiet the mind, soften tension, and let you fully exhale.
Because of that, this Friday at 3:00 PM, I’ll be offering a free 30-minute Light Lounge session to a deserving woman who could really use support, calm, and nervous-system reset right now.
