With great sadness, I share the passing of our dear friend and stylist, Lu Mendez.

Lu was truly one of a kind—feisty, strong, resilient, and always full of life. She loved doing hair and was still behind the chair to the very end. And when she wasn’t working, she loved to dance. Even at 76, Lu was still dancing and enjoying life on her own terms.

Our salon family will not be the same without her. We will miss her personality, her strength, her stories, and the energy she brought into the salon.

Please keep Lu’s family, friends, clients, and everyone who loved her in your thoughts. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten. ❤️
