I recently had the pleasure of attending the Thriving Through Menopause Symposium, an incredibly valuable day filled with education, new insights and the latest thinking around menopause and women’s health.

One of my biggest takeaways was understanding how hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect collagen, firmness, elasticity and hydration, changing the way our skin looks and feels.

As our skin evolves, so do its needs. This is why I believe in taking an individual approach to every patient. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment or skincare routine.
